BEST EVER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!

5 1/2-6 Cups flour
4 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
3 tsp soda
3 sticks butter
1 cup white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups chocolate chips
350 degrees for 9-12 minutes

CANNED SALSA

4 cups chopped tomatoes drained (Remove Seeds before you chop)
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped green onion
2 cloves garlic
1 jalapeno (I remove the seeds)
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp salt or more to taste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp orageno
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (opt.)
1 tsp cumin powder
juice of one lime
1/4 cup tomato paste
Simmer for 30 minutes. Cure for another 30 minutes to seal jars.
This recipe can be doubled trippled ect.
I use a food processor to make this and it's so easy!

Lion House Dinner Rolls

2 cup hot tap water
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup softened butter
2 ½ tsp. salt
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk
5 cup flour

Mix these first six ingredients together until combined. Make sure to tap the flour down in the cup with a knife until it is settled into the cup. After this has been sufficiently mixed Add:
2 eggs
2 heaping tbls. Yeast
Mix together again until combined. Add:
1 more cup flour
Let this mix on high for 5 minutes until the dough becomes stiff and stretchy. Let the dough rise until double. Pull and roll into balls and place thirty rolls (5x6) on cookie sheet. Let rise on sheet until touchingand large. Bake at 350 degrees on the bottom rack for 25-30 minutes.

Banana Bread

1 3/4 cup sugar
3 t vanilla
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup applesauce
3 eggs
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 bananas
1/2 cup cooked quinoa (optional)
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
Coat pans with butter and sugar. Bake at 325 for 60-70 minutes.
