3 t vanilla
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup applesauce
3 eggs
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 bananas
1/2 cup cooked quinoa (optional)
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
Coat pans with butter and sugar. Bake at 325 for 60-70 minutes.
